Holly Swanson, President
Ms. Swanson is the founder and President of S3 Construction Inc. She runs the day to day operations, financials and ensures corporate compliance for S3. As an attorney, she has handled an array of legal matters including but not limited to; the management of federal court cases involving employment discrimination, defended debtor-creditor lawsuits with the Internal Revenue Service and California State Franchise Tax board, and defended various criminal matters ranging from DUIs to felony murder cases. She has also served on several charitable boards, most notably Kids Chance of Washington.
In her spare time, Ms. Swanson enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children hiking, traveling, golfing and wine tasting.

Brent Swanson,
Vice President
Mr. Swanson has 25 years of construction experience and 16 years of project management/operations experience focused on large DoD construction projects. The majority of his client experience with NAVFAC and USACE. Additionally, Mr. Swanson has previously completed a $90M+ project with Google. Mr. Swanson has delivered best in class projects in Washington, California, Arizona, North Carolina, and Virginia. He excels in design-build contracts and brings a relentless pursuit to exceed client expectations. Mr. Swanson is a graduate of Texas A&M University-Commerce with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and completed graduate courses in International Construction Management through the University of Florida. Mr. Swanson serves as S3 Construction Inc.’s Vice President and Director of Safety. Mr. Swanson holds a LEED Green Associate, QCM, OSHA-30, and OSHA-510 certifications.
In Mr. Swanson’s spare time, you can find him spending time with his wife and 3 boys, coaching youth sports, woodworking, manning the grill, and on the golf course. Mr. Swanson also enjoys charitable volunteer efforts.
